The CCS covers 42 absences per financial year without the need for a specific reason. Additional absences for a specific reason can be applied for through your centre, but may require proof through documentation. Please read here, or talk to us about additional CCS absences.
It is our policy to count any public holidays that fall on permanently booked days as absences. You can access your child’s absence record through your online statement by selecting ‘View Child Care Details and Payments’ on your Centrelink online account.
